Outline of “Leadership: reactive cultures”:
- In Lektion 1 lernen Sie John Mark kennen und erleben in einem Serious Game seinen Arbeitstag in einem Krankenhaus.
- In Kapitel 2 erweitern Sie Ihr Wissen über direkte Kommunikation, Regelorientierung und die Trennung von Beruf und Privat in Deutschland.
- In Kapitel 3 lernen Sie Ihre eigenen kulturell geprägten Verhaltensweisen zu reflektieren. Im Anschluss lernen Sie sich in die kulturell deutsch geprägte Interpretation bestimmter Verhaltensweisen hineinzuversetzen.
- In Chapter 3, you will learn methods you can quickly implement into your work with colleagues from reactive cultures, that will help you to work more efficiently with your team.
- In Chapter 4, you will have a closer look at five countries from the reactive world, to help you understand the nuances of behaviour and learn crucial tips on how to work with people from these countries.
- In Chapter 5, you will receive a short overview of what you have learned so far. Afterwards, you can test your knowledge of reactive cultures in the final test and receiver your certificate.
