Please read the following information carefully:

• Please keep in mind that this course is designed to teach the core principles of intercultural leadership. Hence, some of the situations are exaggerated to have a better look at possible behaviour in diverse cultures.

• People differ, and so is their behaviour. We aim to show general classifications, that will help you to deal better with behaviour you are not used to. We are not saying everyone from each of those cultures acts or behaves the same.

• We created the situations in this course with focus-groups to make this course as close to real-life work situations and as relevant to your work-life as possible.

• If you have suggestions or experiences from leading intercultural teams, please contact us. We are looking forward to making this course even better!
